Two-Way Shipping Across Canada

Renting your dream dress from anywhere in Canada is simple with our easy two-way shipping service. Simply choose the shipping option at checkout when placing your order online. Once your dress is reserved, we ship it directly to your doorstep with enough time for you to receive it on your rental start date, so you can plan your event stress-free.

Each shipped rental includes a prepaid return label and reusable packaging to make sending it back just as easy. Once your event is over, simply place the dress back in the original packaging, attach the return label provided, and drop it off with the designated carrier on the last day of your rental period.

The 2-Way Shipping Fee ranges from $39.99 to $49.99 [for heavier wedding gowns and engagement shoot dresses] and is added to the rental, at the checkout page, when you select your preference of Pick-Up vs Shipping.

We take care of the dry cleaning, so there is nothing extra you need to do before returning your rental. Just send it back after use. Minor wear and tear is completely fine, but significant stains, damage, loss, or late returns may result in additional charges under our rental terms.

If you are local to Toronto, you also have the option to select the Pick-Up option and return your rental in person during studio operating hours. In-person returns must be completed by closing time on the return date.
