1. Find Your Style

Browse our extensive collection right here on our website. Search by event type, item, size, and availability. Our dresses and accessories are available for rent across Canada, with seamless shipping options to ensure you look fabulous wherever you are! 

2. Experience the Fit

In the Toronto area? Fantastic! Drop by for a walk-in fitting any day of the week by booking a try-on appointment directly from the website. Can't find a date and time of choice, call us on the day that you're planning to come-in and we will accomodate a walk-in, subject to availability. We are here to help you find the perfect outfit and make the experience fun and stress-free. Need something last minute? With hundreds of items available in-store and our personalized styling advise, you can take home your perfect look today.

3. Reserve Your Outfit

Found the perfect dress? Fantastic! Reserve it for your event date online, in person, or by phone. Select your size, date, and rental duration when adding to your cart, then choose between our simple two-way shipping or pick-up options at checkout. Your rental period begins on the date you choose to receive your dress.

Shipping time is on us and we ensure the dress arrives at least a day prior to your rental period start date! 

For example, if your event is on Saturday, August 15, select Friday, August 14, as your start date for a 3-day rental. Your dress will arrive on or before August 14, and you’ll need to return or ship-it it by Sunday evening on August 16. 

4. Easy Returns

Returning your rental is a breeze! Your item(s) will come with a pre-paid, return shipping label. Just place the dress back into the re-useable package, place the return label provided and drop it off with the specified carrier on the last day of your rental term.

You can also return your rental in person at our studio during the operating hours. Please note that in-person returns are due by our closing time on your return date.

No need to worry about dry cleaning – we handle that. Just wear it and send it back. Ensure there is no permanent damage or hard stains. Normal wear and tear including dirt stains and threads pulling out, are non issues. Our in-house team takes care of that! 

5. Is the Rental Deposit Refundable?

Unfortunately, the rental payment is non-refundable. If your event gets rescheduled because of unforeseen reasons, please notify us at least 48 hrs in advance and we will reschedule your rental to a different day, based on availability. It is free of charge to reschedule the rental for the first time, but all subsequent reschedules will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

If you're undecided on your rescheduled event date, we can give you a 100% credit of your rental deposit towards a future rental.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

By booking with us, you agree to the following rental terms:

1. Garment Responsibility
You agree to handle each rental item with care. Minor wear and tear is okay and it is on us. Significant damage, stains, tears, or loss may incur repair or replacement charges.

2. Dress Swaps
You may switch to another available dress before pick-up or shipping. If the new dress is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference. If it’s less, you’ll receive a credit for the difference (no expiry).

3. Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled anytime before the rental period or ship-out date. A store credit (no expiry) will be issued. Rental payment is strictly non-refundable as the dress is blocked for your rental dates and only a store credit is issued, unless you would like to reschedule your dress rental to a different rental period, with a prior 48 hour notice.

4. Commitment to Wear
Once picked up or shipped, the rental is considered final. No refunds or credits apply if you decide not to wear the item.

5. Availability
Items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 

6. Dress Condition
All dresses are cleaned and quality-checked before rentals. As part of our sustainable model, minor signs of wear may be present and are not considered grounds for refunds. The Add-On $7 Rental Insurance: covers small stains, snags and minor repairs. Does not cover major tears, lost items, or gross negligence. If no claim is made the insurance is non-refundable

7. Late Returns
Late returns are charged at $25/day per item. This ensures availability for the next customer. Mailed returns must be postmarked by the agreed date (carrier delays excluded).

8. Cleaning
Do not dry clean the garments. Cleaning is included in your rental. Just return the dress to us in person or using the prepaid return label provided.

9. Perfume & Spray Tan
Avoid perfume or spray tan while wearing the dress. Any extra cleaning required due to strong scents or stains will result in added fees. 

10. Alterations
No alterations of any kind (including hem tape) are allowed. You may be charged for repairs if a dress is returned altered.

11. Zippers
All zippers are tested before rental. Malfunctions during the rental period are not eligible for refunds.

12. Non-Returns
Failure to return items will be treated as theft. You will be charged the full retail value, plus rental and late fees. Unpaid charges may be sent to collections.
