Refund policy

 

The rental payment is non-refundable. If your event gets rescheduled because of unforeseen reasons, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance and we will reschedule your rental to a different day, based on availability.

It is free of charge to reschedule the rental for the first time, with a 48 hour notice, but all subsequent reschedules will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

If you're undecided or would like to cancel your rental, a 100% store credit of your rental payment will be provided towards a future rental. The store credit doesn't have an expiry and can be used anytime.
