Refund policy

 

Unfortunately, the rental deposit is non-refundable. If your photoshoot or event gets rescheduled because of unforeseen reasons, please notify us at least 48 hrs in advance and we will reschedule your rental to a different day, based on availability. It is free of charge to reschedule the rental for the first time, but all subsequent reschedules will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

If you're undecided, we can give you a 100% credit of your rental deposit towards a future rental.
